Our Story
SAM House is the last house you will ever need to build. — Gary Hendren
The Sustainable Alternative Modular (S.A.M.) House is a new home construction technology that was developed to combat the current and future impact of climate change, providing home buyers and developers a structure that can withstand forest fires, hurricanes, moderate earthquakes and high winds with the option to live carbon neutral.
The S.A.M. House was developed in response to greater demands being placed on our most basic form of shelter, our home. After analyzing the effects of climate change on building design, it became obvious that the current methodologies for home construction, which have not significantly changed in the past several years, are simply not adequate for the impacts of climate change such as stronger hurricanes, excessive rainfall and wildfires. The S.A.M. House is the simple solution to meet those increased demands that is easy to construct, can be produced efficiently and is affordable to the average home buyer or builder. The S.A.M. House is a new home construction technology utilizing refined synthetic concrete panels designed specifically to resist the impacts of climate change and most extreme weather events.
