S.A.M. panels were independently tested at the University of Miami’s IAS-certified laboratory to evaluate fire resistance and structural performance under extreme conditions. The panels demonstrated exceptional durability, with no fire damage observed during or after testing.

Fire Resistance & Load Performance (ASTM E119)
Panels were exposed to fire for 2 hours at test temperatures up to 1000°F while supporting superimposed structural loads.

Post-Fire Structural Integrity (ASTM E72)
Transverse residual strength testing confirmed no loss of structural performance following fire exposure.
WIND TUNNEL TESTING
BOUNDRY LAYER
Two versions of the design - two and three bed, both with chamfered corners at approximately 1:30 scale were tested to open exposure to wind forces up to 200 mph.
