The panel have been certified with a 2-hr fire rating and the panel system has been wind tunnel tested to withstand wind speeds up to 200 mph. Michael Bucciero brings over 50 years of experience across federal, state, and local government, with a career focused on public-sector leadership, policy engagement, and intergovernmental coordination. He has served in senior and advisory roles supporting mayors, governors, public authorities, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). At S.A.M. House Inc., he provides strategic guidance on Federal engagement, regulatory alignment, and interagency coordination to support housing, infrastructure, and public-sector initiatives.

As founder of Godino & Company, he has led or supported over six million square feet of development across 20+ U.S. states. At S.A.M. House Inc., he provides strategic guidance on market engagement, deployment strategy, and aligning technical building systems with real-world development and Federal use-case requirements.
Matthew Bucciero

Matthew Bucciero has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, structured finance, and capital planning, supporting large-scale, capital-intensive development initiatives. He began his career at Legg Mason Investments and has advised on real estate and development transactions exceeding $10 billion in aggregate value. At S.A.M. House Inc., he provides financial strategy support focused on cost modeling, scalability, and long-term investment planning.

 Arya Nagarkar is a Project Designer and budding architect in the U.S. with a passion for exploring diverse architectural typologies and spatial experiences. She has extensive experience in modular and panelized housing, focusing on delivering resilient, efficient homes that can be deployed quickly without compromising quality. Her work spans concept development through detailed design, emphasizing materials, systems, and hands-on design solutions that balance performance and user experience.

Project Designer
Project designer and architectural researcher exploring the relationship between space, human behavior, and emotion. Educated in India and the U.S., she brings a conceptual, experiential approach to residential and adaptive reuse projects in the Boston area, emphasizing human-centered, resilient design informed by a strong visual and spatial sensibility.
